What are we doing?

We as Antiochian volunteers, who love Antioch (Antakya) have come together from all over the country and the world, to protect the memory and cultural heritage of our ancient city.

Who are we?

We, Antiochians, scientists, experts, artists, who are Antioch (Antakya) lovers have come together, established the Friends of Ancient Antioch Platform, seeking no personal interest.

What is our aim?

After the earthquake disaster that we experienced as a nation, the main purpose of our platform is to reconstruct our ancient Antioch (Antakya), in the presence of reason and conscience, in accordance with its original form.

How are we going to achieve it? ...

"While our ancient Antioch (Antakya) is being revived and reconstructed, we will raise awareness, follow up and support the restoration and restructuring works in accordance with the original, so that it does not turn into a concrete pile again.

Why are we doing this?

Antioch (Antakya) belongs to all of us with its fertile agricultural lands, endemic flora and fauna, clean water resources, unique nature, and ancient culture.Let’s not lose it. Let's protect our ancient Antioch, our common cultural and natural heritage.
